There are
several options available to make your assessment payments. To pay by credit card or e-check, go
online to https:/propertypay.cit.com and make a one-time payment by
selecting “Pay Now” or create a payment schedule.
You will
need to provide a series of information
such as name, address, email and phone number. Next, the system will
require the following information: Management ID is 3053, the
Association ID is WL00. You will also need to enter your seven (7) digit
account number listed on your statement.
